LEAN ESD Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd (thereafter called "LEAN ESD"), is founded by Copper Hou in High-Tech Industrial Development District of Guangzhou city on Jul.7 2017.

LEAN ESD is dedicated to resolve ESD/EOS losses in electronic manufacturing, and support electronic manufacturing industries to boost LEAN Manufacturing capability to be Excellent.

Key Milestones of LEAN ESD:

Copper Hou, on behalf of LEAN ESD, presented FPD Manufacturing ESD Control Technical paper on 2019 China EOS/ESD Manufacturing Symposium held by ESD Association (US) on May 21 in Shanghai, China.

In May of 2019, LEAN ESD provided fully reinforced FPD manufacturing ESD & EOS Control tutorial to FPD suppliers to OPPO (the famous smartphone ODM in China).

In May of 2018, LEAN ESD extended field technical supports to the automotive manufacturer ZF (Shanghai) to fully investigate ESD and EOS failure risks of their SMT and assembly production lines and assess the adequacy of their ESD and EOS controls.
In March of 2018, LEAN ESD has started to release FPD ESD & EOS Control Fundamentals and held FPD ESD Control Tutorials to the FPD manufacturing industry in China, including BOE, CSOT.
In February and March of 2018, LEAN ESD supported the automotive TP (Touch Panel) manufacturer (Goworld Display) to effectively resolved their TP manufacturing yield loss caused by ESD by innovated ESD solution and reduced the ESD yield loss to 0.00% from the original 2%.
In May of 2017, LEAN ESD and Xiamen Tianma Microelectronics incorporation signed the MOU of FPD manufacturing ESD control technology development.
In January of 2017, LEAN ESD held the ESD Control Seminar of Manufacturing in Shenzhen and released the seminar proceedings. 
In November of 2016, Copper Hou of LEAN ESD presented the manufacturing ESD control paper “Factory ESD Grounding System Design Application” in the first ESDA Manufacturing ESD Symposium held in Xi’an, Sha’anxi, China.
In August of 2016, LEAN ESD extended field ESD troubleshooting supports to the implanted cochlear manufacturer Nurotron Biotechnology to resolve their high cochlear yield loss caused by ESD and helped reduce the ESD failure loss to below 1% from the original 5%-10%.
